Medication

If prescribed medication needs to be administered, a designated adult will be assigned to do this. Parents and caregivvers must send written permission to the school or complete the medical administration form (see attached). All prescribed medication is to be in its original packaging, clearly labelled, securely fastened and handed to the designated adult or classroom teacher with instructions on its administration for your child.
